20" x 24" framed acrylic on canvas. The inspiration for this painting is the incredible vistas of my area...the Galisteo Basin of NM. This depicts the view of what this place looked like in the early 1800's. Bison roamed the juniper and pinon dotted rolling hills in great herds and lived in harmony with the indigenous tribes.
